The DeRose Method has been teaching individuals how to breathe (and more) since 1960 and I have been practicing it for over 20 years and teaching for over 10.

In this app I will teach you:
* the basics and the advanced breathing techniques.
* Twice a day, for just 5 minutes, we will practice and perfect the technique.
* Then we will add more elements to the technique, in the 6 modules of training.
* For 12 days, 24 audio lessons and 8 videos that total over 2.5 hours of teaching and training.
* Very training you do with the BRTHE app counts towards mindful minutes in Apple’s Health app.
